Job Description:

The Salesforce and Customer Platforms Lead will support customer facing platforms within our Salesforce ecosystem, including Vet Services, Royal Start, Pro, Vet and Distributor Portals. Additionally, this role will be responsible for enhancements for customer platforms as well as ongoing operations and administration as it relates to the Canada Salesforce platform and Regional Salesforce Convergence. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with Product Owners and local, regional and global stakeholders where applicable.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or Technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ Years Salesforce.com administration experience including Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of IT organization and how to collaborate with IT to get work done.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong technical expertise.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to translate technical language into business terms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilience to change, working under pressure and lean organizational structure.
  • Experience with Change Management is preferred.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Responsible for overseeing the Customer Platforms product success across Royal Canin North America (RCNA), including backlog grooming, sprint completion and enhancement delivery.
  • Work with Stakeholders and other Salesforce Administrators to evaluate and deliver continuous improvements and new capabilities within Canadian and Regional Salesforce platforms.
  • Work to deliver regional Convergence within responsible platforms and products where applicable.
  • Ensure the reliable day-to-day operations of the Canadian Salesforce platform.
