We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to join us ASAP for a short-term, fully remote contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development and customization, including coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications.
• Use Apex and Visualforce to build Salesforce applications and support the company’s programs by leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
• Create or modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
• Use Salesforce to develop custom applications and integrate salesforce.com with other systems.
• Use Visualforce, JavaScript, and JQuery technologies to develop highly interactive UI.
• Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the salesforce.com platform.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
• Collect, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues reported by end users.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Highly skilled with Salesforce development including modification of standard objects and fields, and creation of custom objects and fields.
• Experience with Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in customization, configuration, Eclipse IDE, Apex, Visualforce pages with JavaScript and tools like Apex Data Loader, Workbench, MavensMate, and SoupUI.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
