What you'll do daily
Develop and implement business solutions leveraging industry, function, and business expertise
Deliver functional and application designs
Ensure solutions represent current and future business requirements
Your expertise will be crucial in providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Host client facing workshops, using a variety of in person and digital tools, including design thinking and other structured workshop methods.
Analyse business needs to develop requirements, user stories and other ways of describing client needs.
Perform the detailed design of business processes and functional application design using best practices for Salesforce implementations.
You may be required to present your work in playbacks to clients and their stakeholders, including large groups.
Ensure work is well engineered and is performant and maintainable.
Inform the solution architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project and develop approaches to mitigate risk.
Participate in transitions of the application or functional components to the testers.
Fix any functional defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
Document the application to facilitate maintenance.
Participate in practice building activities such as presenting at brown bag sessions (we call them Khumbu’s), or on Ohana and Practice Calls, become a Certification Champion or assist on of our Product Centric or Domain Centric communities of practice.

Advanced proficiency in Business Model Strategy & Business Process Design
A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills
Commercial acumen, both about the client's business goals and Accenture's obligations.
Robust analysis and design skills equal to your speciality
A passion for Salesforce, its ecosystem, technology and ethos.
Ethical behaviour, on every level, with an equal commitment to equality and diversity.
Relevant experience (see below) and relevant Salesforce certifications or Trailhead badges.
