Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce.com Administrator to support our WaveMark™ business solution’s instance of Salesforce.com. The role of the Salesforce.com Administrator is to work in collaboration with our internal clients to investigate user needs and conduct regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements. This role will perform configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain WaveMark’s Salesforce.com instance in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices.
Responsibilities:
- Apply comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Work on complex projects of large scope
- Develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
- Complete work independently receives general guidance on new projects
- Document work that is reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
- Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
- Proactively provide inputs and suggestions to manager for effectiveness of Salesforce.com instance
- Articulate and communicate technical expertise to business partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Advance Degree preferred
- 4+ years experience in being a Salesforce.com administrator preferred
- Applicable Salesforce.com certifications desired
- Experience with growing an instance of Salesforce.com
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong time-management skills and flexibility
- Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Possess strong project management skills
- Highly collaborative, able to navigate cultural and differing perspectives across multiple functions
Anticipated salary range: $93,500 - $140,280
