The Salesforce Administrator will be an experienced individual who will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as an integral team member to design solutions, promote adoption, provide training, and more.

This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
- Implement, manage, and optimize the Salesforce CPQ platform to support the sales process
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ settings, including product catalogs, price books, discount schedules, and quote templates
- Create and manage product bundles, options, and configuration rules to streamline the sales process based on requirements provided by the business
- Develop and manage approval processes for quotes, ensuring compliance with pricing and discounting policies based on requirements provided by the business
- Interface with business stakeholders to turn their business process creation/change needs into technical salesforce solutions
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and automation tools
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
- Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems
- Assist in training of new team members, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Work independently with stakeholders to define and document development requirements
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator, with at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of high complexity
- Ability to design and implement integration strategies with other enterprise systems (e.g., NetSuite, marketing automation, etc.).
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
