Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant

I am working with one of our established Salesforce Summit partners who operate across delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions within the SMB and Mid-Market space. This organisation is expanding its delivery function with a brand-new Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant position to join on a permanent basis.

They are looking for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Functional consultant to join their team to support across collaborating with customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement as well as someone who can provide strategic advice on leveraging Salesforce to improve and streamline operations across a wide range of customers. Within this position you will be leading complex programs in excess of 100 days, leading a team of consultants to adhere to timelines, estimates and milestones while being customer-facing working to understand requirements/provide recommendations that meet their client's needs.

This role would be ideal for someone who is hands-on across configurations to meet functional requirements but also has a passion for working in an interactive role delivering workshops, training clients on user adoption, and working with the business to enhance Salesforce best practices.

Location: Remote, UK wide

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 plus benefits

Experience:

• 5+ years of Salesforce multi-cloud experience.
• Core cloud experience.
• Experience of leading complex projects of in excess for 100 days
• Previous mentorship experience monitoring and maintaining adherence to estimates, timelines and milestones.
• Experience managing the design & implementation of Salesforce technologies across multiple projects at a time.
• Background in leading complex projects from gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and designing and documenting solutions into a user story format.
• Leadership ability and excellent communication skills will be pivotable in this role.
• Previous consultancy experience (essential)
