About the role

Join our team in this newly created Full Time Permanent role as a Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant, where you will play a critical role in shaping Salesforce architecture and driving innovative solutions. Collaborating with key business stakeholders and delivery teams, you’ll ensure system and process changes align with best practices while optimising business value. You will lead solution design efforts for Salesforce initiatives, provide architectural guidance, and be responsible for the seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and consultants to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and integrations with enterprise systems like SAP and Mulesoft.
Provide expertise across Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
Drive Salesforce adoption through training, support, and continuous optimisation of existing implementations.
Identify opportunities to enhance business processes using Salesforce, ensuring smooth data migration and synchronisation.
Provide effort estimates and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and solution presentations.
Lead Salesforce implementations, integrations, updates, and product demos to support business needs.
Mentor junior consultants and Salesforce admins, offering expert consultation and guidance.

About you

What you’ll bring to the table

7+ years of experience in Salesforce solution consulting, architecture, or a similar role.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certifications.
Hands-on experience in Vlocity, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and Flow is essential.
Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration.
Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and deep understanding of its architecture.
Exceptional team player, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Solution Architect) desirable.
Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments and familiarity with agile methodologies highly regarded.
