Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the single threaded owner and product champion of the WWS Salesforce instance, creating and maintaining a robust governance structure
- Configure new and existing Salesforce features, focusing on security, user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, and ensuring data accuracy
- Partner with global stakeholders to identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and customizations that solve complex business problems
- Drive communication efforts across stakeholders through feature rollout processes and launch announcements
- Oversee the configuration and coding of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, security, custom objects, validations, workflows, and third-party applications
- Collaborate with product managers and program teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements, enhance user experience, and generate tangible business value
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce innovatively to improve existing business processes and support rapid organizational scaling
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
