The Lead Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Lead Product Owner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.The Lead Product Owner maximizes value of product created by Agile team. Liaises with stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. Serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
In addition to the above this role is expected to be proficient in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, detailed below:
- Proficient in owning the product development lifecycle for Salesforce Health Cloud, including key features like telephony integration with Genesys.
- Skilled in driving enterprise-level integration discussions independently, ensuring seamless integration with key systems.
- Experienced in managing complex data migration projects to Salesforce Health Cloud while maintaining data integrity.
- Capable of implementing solutions to achieve a single customer record, enabling a comprehensive view of customer data.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Strong understanding of telephony systems and integration methods, facilitating efficient communication solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead integration efforts with enterprise-grade systems, ensuring interoperability and data consistency.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision, requirements, and integration strategies to stakeholders.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, adept at driving sprint planning and feature prioritization to meet project timelines.
- Skilled in conducting market research and user feedback analysis to inform product enhancements and strategic decisions.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$112,400 - $154,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
