Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, create and maintain automation scripts in Selenium/Katalon for Web and Mobile based scripts per requirement
Optimize test design documents as required
Create and maintain reusable set of automation tests: Sprint Test, Smoke Test, E2E Functional Test
Streamline QA processes and assist in standardization of testing methodologies and automation best practices
Actively work with other Innovation teams to troubleshoot production issues as well as defects found during the testing cycle
Have thorough understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), involved in variousphases like Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Testcase development, Test Execution.
On-time delivery ensures the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations
Ensure current QA processes & standards are followed.
Assist in coming up with Automation Test Strategies and Roadmap, as required
Run scheduled batch jobs and maintain all test artifacts in a centralized location
Assist manual QA to identify test automation candidates.
Ensure Automation test suites are up-to-date
Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical problems encountered during testing effort.
Perform other duties as requested by the Software QA Manager as required
Skills/Knowledge & Certification
At least 5 years of test automation experience in CRM, web and mobile platforms (specific experience with Salesforce technologies is an asset)
Minimum 2 years experience in mobile application testing and development
Working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android
Automation using Appium for iOS and Android platforms
Good Knowledge in Core Java/Groovy, Web Services, Jenkins and GIT
Expertise in Test Strategy, Test Automation, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & Reporting
Identify automation candidates and ability to convert manual test plans to automation scripts
Hands on test automation tools like Katalon, Selenium, Cypress
Strong communication skills to interface with the technology teams and business stakeholders
Familiarity with defect management systems
Attention to detail

Strong planning and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to act as a liaison between QA and development teams
