The Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team and assume responsibility for managing and enhancing our current Salesforce instance, while also overseeing integrations with other corporate systems. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to optimize our Salesforce environment, ensure alignment with strategic business objectives, and oversee seamless application integrations. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting scalable solutions, providing technical leadership to teams, and fostering collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, the Salesforce Solution Architect will also lead and manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement within our Salesforce ecosystem.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal Salesforce Solution Architect has significant experience with Salesforce instance management, solution design, and integration oversight.
The Salesforce Solution Architect will be comfortable with stakeholder collaboration and team management, and will maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
The Salesforce Solution Architect has a passion for continuous improvement, and staying ahead of Salesforce updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
The Requirements
- Salesforce-specific certifications (such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM221), or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive Experience in Salesforce Platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud. Experience with Salesforce Unlimited and Integration Tools is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce), and data modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration techniques is essential.
- Leadership and Communication Skills.
- Experience leading and executing with Complex Salesforce + ERP integrations, as well as other relatable experiences.
