We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimise our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will ensure that Salesforce operates efficiently to support sales, operations, and customer service teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to customise the platform to business needs, improve user adoption, and deliver solutions that enhance productivity and business performance. Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related queries and issues.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
- Customise Salesforce to meet company-specific needs, including creating workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, backups, and data cleansing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure Salesforce supports and improves business processes.
- Train users on Salesforce best practices and new features to ensure high adoption rates.
- Develop and document best practices for system usage and data management.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
- Proficiency in creating custom workflows, process builders, validation rules, and reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various departments.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (desirable but not required).
The Package
- Salary: £45-60k Depending on experience
- Hybrid working: Onboarding will take place in person at the office, followed by a Hybrid working set up.
