The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Integrated Food Management System (IFMS) team supporting a purpose-built food distribution management system for the USDA’s Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR). You will be part of a team responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of new Salesforce components. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work with multiple layers of internal personnel and external customers. Your primary focus will be leading the Special Projects team. You will work closely with the product owners, developers, business analysts, testers, and trainers, making collaborative problem-solving and commitment to quality essential.
Responsibilities:
- Scope, design, and manage business modernization projects in support of a federal public-sector Salesforce system
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage data gathering and analysis efforts by recommending and designing approaches to tasks
- Produce project documentation and briefings for government customers
- Create communication materials that deliver continuity in key messages and provide common standards and methods for operations
- Prepare and coordinate program control gate documentation, schedule meetings, and document and track project schedules, actions, risks, and milestones
- Participate in product development, product reviews, and beta testing in support of deliverables
- Manage the project team work using an agile development methodology and tools to quickly deliver high quality solutions
- Collaborate and integrate with existing team members and processes to ensure seamless migrations and rollouts
- Promote and communicate program best practices
- Support Earned Value Management procedures to avoid cost and/or schedule variances
- Report and escalate innovation ideas, challenges, and issues to management as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass an NACI background investigation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five (5) or more years of related experience, with at least one (1) year in a Salesforce environment
- System integration, project integration, and/or project management (PM) experience
- Knowledgeable with Agile methodologies
- Knowledgeable with inventory management
- Experience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Experience using Jira and Confluence or similar software suite
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical resources
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent certification
Desired:
- Knowledge in release and configuration management best practices
- Experience in using OpenText ALM (formally HP QC/ALM) for scripted testing activities
- ITIL Foundations v3/v4 certification
- Salesforce Administrator certification (strongly preferred)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
