Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

This role provides you with the opportunity to join a SAAS/cloud-first, innovative, fast-paced technology team within Fidelity Institutional Technology supporting FAMS, responsible for Business and System analysis for client experience and servicing applications for institutional customers. Your focus will be to continuously develop and enhance client servicing functionalities in our CRM Salesforce platform, redefining servicing & client experience. The Senior Systems Analyst will work very closely with the development team and perform systems analysis to support new and existing FAMS technology products

The Team
Fidelity Institutional’s FAMS business unit is a distribution/client service organization dedicated to the institutional marketplace. This is one of the largest organizations serving the U.S. institutional marketplace with more than $540 billion in assets under administration and over 750 institutional customers. We serve as a gateway to Fidelity’s broad and deep institutional investment management capabilities.

This position requires excellent communication skills, ability to work across a culturally diverse teams, providing release/production support on need basis. This role requires strong engineering background and mindset in building and implementing technology solutions.

The Skills/Expertise You Have

• Minimum 6 years systems analyst experience and 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• Expertise in understanding the Salesforce.com, Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce product areas
• Should have strong understanding of solutions on Salesforce platform, including Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, LWC, Salesforce workflows/Flows
• Experience performing data analysis using SQL on oracle database and Excel
• Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
• Experience in delivering software in the Agile environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, allowing you to interview Business partners to understand objectives, use cases and requirements
• Strong analytical skills, enabling you to research, document and review existing systems and recommend designs for achieving requirements for self-contained projects within a larger program
• Proficiency in writing user and system stories and all the supporting documentation
• Ability to diagram business processes and system workflows

Desired/Good to have Skills

• Salesforce certification
• Working understanding of Provar QA automation
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and EKS
• Experience with Java and webservices
• Familiarity with Front End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, JSON, Ajax, Angular.js) is a plus
