Job Description
We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in London.
The Wise Platform team works with financial institutions and major tech companies at a global level to offer Wise products and services directly to their customers through our API.
Salesforce Administrators work closely with our internal teams. Supporting and solving their complex business problems through customisation and development of the Salesforce platform. The team’s goal is to streamline and embed scalable processes that drive performance, growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
We're looking for a mid level System Administrator experience specifically with Sales Cloud.
You're certified as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM201) and an expert with object and field creation.
You also possess flow builder proficiency (Note: Flows/Flow builder is a Salesforce declarative automation tool)
We would love it if you have the following administration tooling experience:
- Data loader
- Excel/gsheets
- Workbench
Other qualifications we're looking for:
- Formula field functions and writing statements
- Deployment tools proficiency (DevOps/ Change set)
- Experience writing SOQL queries
- Working understanding of Salesforce Integration APIs (Connected Apps, REST, OAuth)
- Able to work autonomously with minimal direction
- Previous experience at a startup and working with global stakeholders
Desirable qualifications include:
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADX211)
- Platform App Builder Certification (CRT403)
- Experience using integration tools - Workato, Zapier, Mulesoft
- Experience with DocuSign CLM
- Analytics tools experience - Looker, TableauUnderstanding of Apex functions (not writing code)
- Previous Fintech/Payments industry experience
Additional Information
The salary banding for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 plus RSUs.
