Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding our clients unique needs as a trusted advisor.

  • Assist our clients to achieve greater efficiency and solve their organisational problems & challenges Helping clients make better business decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, by providing commercial insights and technical expertise, backing up your point of view with well articulated, rigorous and reasoned analysis.

  • Developing leading edge technology strategies focused on adding value to users and making real, lasting change.

  • Applying knowledge of technology trends, and their influence on industries, to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.

  • Assessing the readiness of clients to undergo technology-driven transformation.

  • Transforming business architectures and operating models in line with an overarching strategic agenda.

  • Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Engaging in discussion of problem/aspiration areas where improvements to CRM could accelerate performance improvement of the overall business.

  • Helping to shape, sell and deliver large, complex Salesforce projects.

  • Engaging with client stakeholders to analyse business processes and functional requirements in the context of one or more Salesforce apps e.g. Financial Services Cloud and nCino.

  • Testing, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under deadlines.

  • Providing support and expertise to achieve a successful deployment of the solution utilising an array of DevOps tools and methodologies

Requirements:

  • You have experience managing dispersed onshore/offshore development teams.

  • You personally hold skills and a portfolio of development or salesforce certifications that lend themselves to the Salesforce Lightning Design System, Salesforce integration patterns & solutions and Apex.

  • Have fundamental skills and familiarity in Java, C or Python development.

  • You are skilled in VisualForce, Angular, React or Javascript and are familiar with front-end web development constructs.

  • You also hold an understanding of using code design patterns and can write clean, well-refactored maintainable code and manage teams to conform to coding principles.

A proven background in the following technologies is essential:

  • Salesforce.com development, including experience with nCino.

  • Apex, Lightning Design System and API REST Web Services.

  • Salesforce.com configuration and custom development.

  • Object Oriented development and design.

  • Understanding of the Salesforce solution technology stack and associated tools, including AutoRABIT.
