Join a Salesforce delivery team, part of a large SAFe ART - Agile Release Train, focusing on Pre-Sales implementation. This role will be responsible for developing architecture and integration. As well as, defining project scope, plans and deliverables including cost and timelines.
Job Activities:
- Identify and validate Epic/Features from an architecture standpoint
- Ensure the solution fits with SalesForce OOTB solution and not
- Approve the Architectural L3 design
- Align the wireline and wireless architecture and solution.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing IT architecture and planning
- Ability to produce IT solutions, both independently and collaborative
- Experience and/or training related to one or more Architecture & Service Delivery Frameworks (TOGAF, eTOM, ITIL, CoBiT, etc.)
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and triggers.
- Salesforce Communications Cloud Expertise, using Marketing Cloud for email marketing, automation, and customer journey mapping.
- Knowledge of Interaction Studio for personalization and engagement.
- HTML and CSS: Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
- Script: Proficiency in scripting language specific to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, for dynamic content and personalization.
- SQL: Understanding of SQL for data manipulation and retrieval within Marketing Cloud.
- API Integration: Ability to integrate SalesForce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Automation: Knowledge SalesForce automation features, including automation triggered sends.
- Data Management: Skills in data segmentation, cleansing, and synchronization between Salesforce and other source of data
- Reporting and Analytics: Ability to create reports and dashboards to track performance and customer engagement.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide solutions.
Nice to Haves:
Salesforce certifications related to Marketing Cloud, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.
Benefits
Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
