Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (Principal, Sr Principal)
You are the Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for leading the Salesforce platform implementation and the industry best practices. You have a breadth of knowledge and experience in client delivery, business process best practices and functional design. As the Solution Architect you focus on delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, from discovery to deployment, while collaborating with client stakeholders, functional and technical team members. You are a self-driven individual with a “get it done” attitude and passion to solve complex business and technology problems.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products
- Lead functional and business design sessions; architect and document business process flows; identify gaps between client’s current and desired end state
- Lead functional and business process teams
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
- Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
- Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
- Provide expertise during sales efforts to determine design, feasibility and estimations
- Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of CRM industry experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce
- Expertise in one or multiple Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data, Financial, etc.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce functional development and configuration.
- Understanding of function system architecture and ability to design scalable, maintainable and organized solutions.
- Understanding of key design patterns, data modeling and best practices.
- Expert understanding and experience of data sharing and visibility considerations.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and map to Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality
- Requirements elicitation, analysis, management and documentation
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce & CRM business processes with the ability to design and optimize business processes to Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality
- Experience and exposure in Einstein and Salesforce AI product capabilities.
- Base understanding of technical areas of Salesforce including Apex, LWC, Triggers and Flows.
