Senior Salesforce QA Engineer/ Test Lead

Experience

Required

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud) and quality assurance experience, especially in B2B implementation
• Strong telecom domain experience including network products
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case development, and the software development life cycle
• Strong experience with test software and tools, such as Jira
• Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing
• Tenaciously skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing
• Proven delivery experience in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment
• Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Desired

• Experience working with test automation platforms, such as Selenium and Python
• Experience configuring Salesforce- 6+
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £60,000.00 per year
