I. Position Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):
This position will play a key role in supporting Membership, Insurance, and Travel verticals. Working with internal teams, you will develop and configure application solutions to maximize the value of Salesforce across the organization. Duties may include:
- Meet with internal stakeholders to determine business, functional, and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, process builder and validation rules.
- Support leads and opportunities for Insurance and Travel sales associates including Apex code campaign development, Web-to-Lead deployment, lead and opportunity routing, and custom reporting.
- Configure and enhance workflow automations to support sales agent efficiency and productivity.
- Configure and enhance Einstein AI for lead and opportunity scoring.
- Executing on defined, Salesforce solutions.
- Update, Insert, Upsert, and Stage Name change records using Data Loader
- Create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce application.
- Create Web-to-Lead HTML scripts customized to support various use cases across Membership, Insurance, Travel, and Local Marketing campaigns.
- Create moderately complex Apex code campaigns and scheduled batch processes.
- Use native Einstein AI to score Leads and Opportunities

II. Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)
Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Experience:
- 3+ years working within Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of information technology including database, desktop computing skills, use of standard business application software and business intelligence (BI) systems.
- Analytical skills including statistics.
- Ability to work with internal clients and associates at all levels, both technical and non-technical in nature
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of and ability to work within Agile methodology
III. Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years working within Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud
- Salesforce Developer II certifications
- Experience working within Agile methodology.
- Master’s degree in Business or technical field
- Experience in P&C Insurance industry

FLEX WORK IN WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
