The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for hands-on design, configuration, implementation, and support of the multi-cloud Salesforce.com platform. This position, in IT, is responsible for working with business, customer partners, vendor partners, security, and technology stakeholders to meet business objectives through online customer digital experience. This hands on-role will be actively involved in planning, configuration, deploying, and managing the Salesforce.com platform.
This individual contributor should build a good rapport with architects, business partners, and system integrators while collaborating to influence and build consensus in gaining support for the company’s continued build out of Salesforce.com.
Level will be commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administration of Salesforce.com including configuration, workflows, process builder, flow, and custom objects
  • Implement enhancements and rollout new features across Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Clouds
  • Manage security: roles, profiles, groups, queues, and sharing rules
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve user issues with the application, and reduce the incidence of user-reported issues
  • Configure and customize Salesforce.com based on input from key business stakeholders
  • Recommend high-value adaptations of Salesforce.com features and functionality
  • Create reports and dashboards
  • Maintain related 3rd party applications
  • Assists in the evaluation, scoping and completion of new development requests ensuring compliance with existing processes
  • Creating and managing complex logic and data validation
  • Performing release migration tasks (change sets, configuration, data load etc.) and environment setup/management
  • Creating and maintaining system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration / development
  • Salesforce Administration Certification preferred
  • Service, Sales, Experience, and Health Cloud experience a plus
  • Salesforce Lightning experience preferred
  • Experience with production launch readiness and cloud-based deployment models
  • Experience in customizing standard objects, creating roles & profiles, configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy, creating logic with workflow rules, process builder, or flow
  • Experience with Agile Release Management and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
  • Well organized, results driven and eager to handle difficult problems
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and solutions for the Salesforce platform
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capable with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
salary range: $68,000 - $96,600
