Job Summary

  • Assists with development of digital content for the sales organization Drive and maintain Salesforce platform for commercial team. Includes opportunities, accounts, leads and targets. Updating workflows in Salesforce.com (or another CRM system) on an as needed basis to support Sales Enablement/ Direct Sales programs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Sales, Business Management and Marketing teams to help them achieve their commercial goals.
  • Coordinates sales activities and programs including, but not limited to, new hire training program, continuing education/training events, and major sales initiatives
  • Review, improve and optimize processes and workflows so that the commercial team can collaborate effectively
  • Provide day-to-day support for the commercial sales team and advise end users on how to use Salesforce effectively
  • Develop and implement efficient ways to streamline and improve data capture systems.
  • Assisting with GTM (go-to-market) product efforts by auditing product pages
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as/when needed, including Mid-Year sales meetings and Sales Kick-Off Meetings.
  • Aid Sales Managers with crucial research tasks, focusing on understanding client needs, identifying market trends, and providing actionable insights for personalized customer engagement strategies
Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or a related field required, equivalent experience and education will be considered. A Business degree in Information Systems, Data Science or Business Analytics preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in a fast-paced, startup environment in a Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Sales Enablement, or similar role


Required Skills or/ Attributes

  • English fluency and literacy competency is required, proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and have a solid understanding of CRM systems; Admin skills with SFDC, HubSpot and/or Zoho and others a plus; Comfort in designing and managing data systems
  • Comfort with adjusting and adapting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
