Loopio is looking to add an Intermediate Product Designer role to join the Loopio for Salesforce team. This team’s current mandate is to design and build core Loopio workflows inside our existing Salesforce platform. This work focuses on enabling sales and sales response teams to collaborate, leverage efficient workflows and build insights from this robust and powerful platform.
As a Product Designer on our Loopio for Salesforce Design team, you have the opportunity to make a major impact. In this role, you will impact all corners of the Loopio for Salesforce product and enhance our customers’ experiences through thoughtful design by collaborating closely with your Design team and partnering with Product and Engineering.
This role requires close collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India. To accommodate the time zone differences, you will be expected to work from 11 am - 7:30 pm IST.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be deeply involved in all aspects of product development and delivery from early-stage designs through to hands-on testing and implementation.
- Study and solve complex user problems by exploring a wide breadth of ideas and converging on solutions using a strategic blend of user research, data, peer feedback, and professional intuition
- Partnering with Product Management and Engineering leaders in defining the product roadmap and prioritizing feature releases.
- Conduct UX research, with the support from Design leaders, using a thoughtful blend of generative and evaluative methods
- Leverage user data from digital experience analytic tools to inform your designs
- Facilitate design discussions with your Agile team, design peers, other Loopers, and even customers to effectively solve user problems with solutions that are innovative, effective, and technically feasible
- Advocate for design thinking throughout the entire organization, shaping and living our design culture at Loopio
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of experience in a product design role on a product design team working across the entire product development lifecycle and successfully shipping products
- Working knowledge of the end-to-end design process, you can develop and leverage UX research, user flow diagrams, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and high-fidelity visuals to achieve human-centred design solutions
- Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform is a must. Ideally, you have completed a certificate from Salesforce.
- Proficiency in interaction design: you have a passion coupled with extensive experience of tackling complex design problems
- UI design abilities: you have a solid grasp of how to apply concepts of space, layout, visual hierarchy and affordance to digital user interfaces
- Holistic thinking: you think in systems and can anticipate the impacts of any one solution upon the entire platform and the holistic user experience
- Persuasive communication: you can clearly express complex concepts and confidently share the ‘why’ behind your design decisions
- Facilitation skills to ensure everyone on your team understands the full context of a problem, opportunity, or solution with a strong shared understanding
- Curious, growth mindset: you humbly see critical feedback as a gift

- Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. Our India hub employees live and work remotely within Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru and work 11am - 7:30pm IST unless otherwise stated.

We recognize that all too often, potential candidates don’t apply for a position simply because they don’t hit every single criteria included in the job description—particularly members of underrepresented groups.
Whether or not your experience checks off all the boxes on a job posting, we still encourage you to apply to ensure that your application receives a review from our team. We understand that a resume can only showcase so much during the applicant stage, so we've created prompts in the application for you to share more about yourself. If you've made a career transition (or a few!), you’re self taught in a new role, or you have skills/experience you’d like to highlight, we want to hear more about what you could bring to the table.
Loopio is an equal opportunity employer that is deeply committed to building equitable workplaces that are diverse and inclusive. We actively encourage candidates from all backgrounds and lifestyles to consider us as a future employer. Please contact a member of our Talent Experience team ([email protected]) should you require accommodations at any point during our virtual interview processes.
