Core Responsibilities
As an engineer, you are responsible for delivering a connected Salesforce Solution to our Customer Service Centre, working closely with product and design teams to empower our customer service agents with robust Salesforce Service Platform capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Be a passionate Salesforce Subject Matter expert and deliver efficient and effective solutions
- Design and develop Salesforce & AWS integrations, data models, user interfaces, flows and business logic using Apex & LWCs
- Deliver via CI/CD Pipelines in GitHub and Gearset
- Collaborate and connect with business teams, product teams, engineering teams 3rd parties
- Participate in building, troubleshooting and optimising processes
- Provide day to day Service Cloud platform and user support
- Help Design and Document the Salesforce and AWS architecture

Do you have what it takes?
You'll do well in this role if you have:
- 2 years plus experience of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Current Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experience of complex Apex and LWC development
- Experience of delivering salesforce solutions with integrations to external systems via AWS
- Experience of Dev Ops processes and CI/CD deployment using Salesforce CLI, GitHub Actions and Gearset
It’s a bonus if you also have previous experience in customer service, are a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and have experience delivering Salesforce data into a Databricks data warehouse or similar system.
