What will I be doing?

  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and other team members, and reviewing code and design work to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Working closely with business leaders, product managers, technical leads and other stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

  • Continuously evaluating and optimising Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and usability, and recommending and implementing improvements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Establishing environment and deployment automation (CI/CD) and automated testing.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
  • Ensuring Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Ensuring Salesforce solutions have appropriate performance and service level agreements defined and measured and are appropriately plugged into the wider monitoring suite (DataDog) where needed. Leading and coordinating the on-call support for Salesforce (business hours are 8.30am–10pm).

Along the way, we’ve nurtured a caring and collaborative culture that drives us forward and keeps our team inspired and motivated every day.
