Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance to join our dynamic team. With a focus on enhancing business processes and systems the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in analyzing complex business requirements and delivering innovative solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic objectives and ensuring our operations align with industry best practices.

What you will do

  • Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to identify and propose technology-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers across the organization to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and impact.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of detailed project plans ensuring timely delivery and project success.
  • Apply Project Management skills to engage with and manage expectations of all project customers.
  • Drive the optimization of business processes through the innovative application of Salesforce technologies.
  • Act as a Salesforce Admin customizing and managing the platform to meet business requirements.

What you bring to the role

  • Must have a demonstrable experience in a business analyst role preferably within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain with 6+ years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience in Project Scope Management and Project Customer Management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Admin capabilities is a significant advantage.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is required.

Working Arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our Client's office in Kitchener/Toronto, ON.
