We are currently hiring a Sr. Business Analyst, Salesforce B2B to join our Enterprise Applications team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple regions around the world to design and implement a single business solution/system utilizing our newly adopted storefronts and continue to expand our global reach.


The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for providing expert advise on e-commerce capabilities to support our business functions various storefronts. This will include aligning store growth goals with untapped potential within our Salesforce ecosystem. The role also requires hands on configuration of storefronts to help enhance functionality or fix issues.

Where is the work:

This is a Remote position.


What you will do:

  • Serve as an eCommerce subject matter expert to drive development decisions and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and set backlog priorities.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop functional specifications and use cases.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to e-commerce needs.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the integration of Salesforce with other e-commerce systems and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementation and usage.
  • Manage the development of project backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria for development.
  • Collaborate with business functions and other IT teams to define, plan, model, govern, and implement Salesforce capabilities.
  • Proactively communicate risks associated with solution design integrity to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure ownership and accountability to effectively resolve gaps systemically to completion.
  • Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce e-commerce
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly CloudCraze) and its application in e-commerce environments.
  • Experience in configuring and managing B2B storefronts, product catalogs, pricing, product search, and customer accounts.
  • Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for B2B users.
  • Knowledge of best practices in UX/UI design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, including building and customizing Lightning components.
  • Experience with Lightning App Builder, Lightning Flow, and other Lightning tools.
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment gateways).
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools for seamless data exchange.
  • Expertise in data migration strategies and tools to ensure smooth transition and data integrity.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configurations, and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Travel up to 10% in the future may be required.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $117,000 - $148,500
