Description

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative IT Program Manager to guide enterprise-wide CRM projects from concept to successful launch. In this role, you'll be the bridge between the IT PMO, Application Engineering, Sales Operations, and key business stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and projects stay on track. You’re passionate about technology, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a knack for translating technical details into clear action plans.

Responsibilities

  • Define goals, timelines, and budgets in partnership with diverse teams.
  • Proactively monitor progress, anticipate roadblocks, and find solutions.
  • Develop communication plans to guide users through system transitions.
  • Collaborate within IT to streamline and improve our engagement and governance models.
  • Keep stakeholders at all levels informed and aligned for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects, including system migrations.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and development processes.
  • Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, experience presenting at executive levels, and demonstrated ability to write concise updates for senior audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience program managing CRM applications (ex. Salesforce) within complex global organizations.
  • Experience improving business processes in complex, matrixed enterprise organizations.
  • Experience managing infrastructure changes related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
