Digital Customer

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
- Sales Excellence & Service Excellence - delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
- Digital Experience - creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
- Flexible Consumption - the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
- Digital Foundry - a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption

Work you'll do
- Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
- Problem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
- Assist in proposal development as requested
- Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
- Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com
- Application design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation
- Utilizing object oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions
- Performing data migration using Salesforce.com
- Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex, Designing user interfaces
- Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint; Supporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology
- Salesforce Certified
- Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages
- Understanding of Salesforce Design, Development, and Best Practices
