WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As an Salesforce Consultant intern your contribution will have a lasting impact on the clients we work with. This role will have a focus on building strong technical skills on the Salesforce.com platform. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who can take initiative to solve problems. You are creative in nature, and are able to quickly learn new concepts.

You will be working with clients and internal team members to design, configure, implement, and deploy solutions after thoroughly analyzing and understanding the business requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Delivery
- Facilitating requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders
- Providing support in the form of scoping and estimation during the sales process
- Investigate, documents and analyze key client organizational processes
- Develop and monitor a detailed project plan
- Think critically about business problems, and assist with developing a technical solution
- Solution design and configuration on the Salesforce.com platform
- Work collaboratively with the project management team to determine required resources and create realistic timelines
- Maintain clear communication with project team and stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations and execute client training sessions
- Be a trusted adviser to the client, understanding the clients end-to-end business and areas for future growth
- Perform and organize ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, new integrations and third party app installation
- At times, be able to work independently with full ownership of a project. This includes assuming project management related activities
- Along with adapting existing processes, help define new processes, and continually look to create efficiencies within the organization
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Experience building data models
- Advanced group facilitation and presentation skills
- High energy, creativity, resourcefulness, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Team player, able to effectively collaborate and build relationships over any medium of communication
