We're looking for a Senior Customer Experience Associate who expects more from their career. It's an opportunity to join our CRM team and work with a diverse and talented group of people. All with in a market-leading business which creates new opportunities and value for the largest global retailers.
Joining our team, you'll work with world class and passionate people to implement and manage our new Marketing Automation System (MAS) and CRM. In particular, you will be supporting our global Marketing colleagues through the transition, and into our new ways of working, providing training, showing how processes and features work, and helping to realise the benefits.
What you'll be working on
- Supporting the go-live of our MAS and CRM and transition through to business as usual
- Training and helping users make the most of the capabilities
- Building trust and rapport with Sales and Marketing users
- Being the go-to for Marketing related enhancement and support requests
What we are looking for
- Passionate about helping the business teams deliver their objectives by improving processes and ways of working
- Understanding of how marketing works
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and able to build credibility with users
- Previous experience with marketing systems, especially Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and CRM e.g. Salesforce.
