A passionate Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with a wealth of experience in digital and CRM initiatives. You have a strategic mindset and expertise in delivering highly effective, omni-channel marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of key project delivery and innovation for new prospects and existing clients. In this role, you will support the development, execution, and management of campaigns, while also assisting with platform administration and light development tasks. You will play an integral role in maintaining and optimising our marketing operations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, data is managed properly, and performance is tracked.


What you'll do:

The CRM team play a crucial part in supporting our client and partner journeys at Flagstone through CRM marketing activities driving retention and loyalty. With the client experience at the heart of all our communications.

The team has a wide range of responsibilities including email/SMS marketing, push notifications, automation, Salesforce management, reporting and client acquisition, retention & loyalty. The team support multiple areas of the business and individuals in the team will work as part of a squad supporting the delivery of key projects which support the growth of Flagstone.

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist helps deliver the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product and works closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Data teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition, solution adoption and customer retention. With a strong understanding of marketing technology and best practices, you'll help turn business requirements into reality, so all teams have the technology and insights they need to continuously improve customer acquisition and customer experience.


What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating and optimising automated campaigns and processes
  • Strong experience of email marketing (5+ years) including best-practise techniques to drive maximum engagement
  • Ability to create an affective communications strategy, covering all parts of the client lifecycle from awareness to advocacy.
  • Excellent communication skills that ensure effective conveyance of information across Squads and teams
  • Strong analytical skills, identifying actionable insights and optimising opportunities.

  • Extremely comfortable modifying existing HTML email templates with an emphasis on mobile and responsive design, with HTML and CSS email coding experience
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and its practical implications on CRM
