The Work:

  • Provide advanced-level development and documentation skills

  • Provide strong testing and debugging skills at all levels, including unit, system, integration and performance testing

  • Assist with the estimation of development tasks

  • Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management, focusing on its core modules like the Core Data Model, DPE, and Transaction Journal

  • Write and maintain Apex code to customize and extend the functionality of Salesforce Loyalty Management systems

  • Manage integrations and develop APIs within Salesforce Loyalty Management to connect with other business systems effectively

  • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery to enhance the user interface and user experience of loyalty management applications

  • Work with the MuleSoft team to ensure seamless data integration and address any system integration challenges

  • Independently interface with client technical teams and business owners as needed during the design and implementation


Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Cloud development and integration experience

  • 3+ years of Data Modelling experience

  • 1+ years of Loyalty Management experience

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points If:

  • Spoken and written French

  • Familiarity with Campaign management concept

  • Familiarity with Data Ingestion, Data Modelling, ID resolution, Segmentation and Activations in Data Cloud

  • Familiar with Mobile push setup and sending Mobile push notifications through the platform

  • Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce applications to different clients at the enterprise level

  • Experience working in SAFEAgile teams

  • Ability to develop business requirements and functional designs to effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements

  • Ability to facilitate requirements and design sessions

  • Design through deploy experience
