Clutch has a client looking for a Project Manager with client facing agency experience. Applicants MUST have Salesforce Certification!

Responsibilities

• Technical project management experience, supporting Creative Managers by planning, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize workflows utilizing project management tools.
• Document scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Report and take notes during client update calls (client facing experience required)
• Build collaboration across teams, managing roles for both internal and external contributors.
• Assess workflow efficiency.
• Improve project management processes.
• Forecast and communicate status, risks, and issues.
• Track and plan product budgets, providing reporting to key stakeholders.
• Plan meetings and presentations.
• Oversee creation of memos, slide decks.
• Partner with operations and legal team on contracts and vendor needs.
• Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 4-7+ years of experience in a technical project management role in an agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or similar required
• Experience with Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Airtable preferred.
• MUST have a Salesforce Certification to be considered!
• Client facing experience required!
• Ability to collaborate with a team within timelines and budgets.
• Ability to translate technical marketing needs to team members.
