Salesforce Health Cloud BA

Job Summary

As a BA Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture document and analyze business requirements for Salesforce health cloud projects.

Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements.

Work closely with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with best practices and design patterns.

Define data models and relationships to support business processes.

Work with data architects to design and implement data structures.

Assist in change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.

Identify and document issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce environment.

Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements user stories and technical specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers administrators and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Certifications Required

Salesforce BA Sales Cloud Service Cloud

Skills:

Salesforce health cloud

Salesforce Service Cloud

The annual salary is between $140,000 – 150,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
