You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted adviser to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. Responsibilities:
- Develop a point of view & strategy for the accounts/business that you manage
- Personally create new leads and relationships with customers across accounts
- Effectively motivate and engage extended team members to drive high quality customer experiences
- Lead the strategy and drive activities to completion for sales engagements
- Create high quality presentations, proposals and written content
- Bring operational excellence to everything you do
- 7+ years of experience with selling technology solutions
- Prospecting within Enterprise segment
- Consultative and solution selling experience
- Outstanding quota attainment history and track record
- Discovery Skills
- Planning and Closing Skills
- Problem Solving
- Objection Handling Skills
- CRM experience
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Background selling Customer Service or Call Center solutions
