As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our business operations. Your mission: to streamline and optimize our Salesforce platform, enabling seamless processes and empowering our teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to customize the platform, automate workflows, and provide the data-driven insights that fuel our business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance

• Simplify the user experience, making Salesforce accessible and easy to use for users of all technical levels

• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, capabilities, and updates in the Salesforce platform

• Support business growth by identifying and solving problems as they arise

• Align the platform with the organization’s overall goals and strategic objectives

What would make you stand out as an ideal candidate?

• Proven experience in Product Management, User Management, Data Management, and Business Analysis

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with the Security field

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and automate processes efficiently

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration and knowledge sharing

• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning

• Attention to detail, ensuring quality and precision in everything you do

Requirements:

• Experience in Salesforce platform management and configuration

• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator

• Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flow)

• Expertise in data management and migration (e.g., Data Loader, Import Wizard)

• Skilled in customizing Salesforce objects and fields

• Creation of reports and dashboards for actionable insights

• Strong background in user management and security settings

• In-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and integrations

• Knowledge of Apex programming and Visualforce pages

• Proficiency in Lightning App Builder and component customization

• Experience with Sales Cloud

• Ability to analyze and interpret CRM analytics and data

• Familiarity with API integrations

• Experience with custom settings and custom metadata

• You will be joining our team in Stockholm, Sweden or Reading, United Kingdom, and as such must be eligible to work from either one of these locations.
