What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements.
• Drive the technical scoping and development of the solution.
• Look for ways to improve performance, user experience.
• Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility rules to ensure proper data access controls.
• Manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.

What you bring to the role

• Possess 8+ Years of experience in SFDC Configuration Development & Customization Lightning and Integration.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of SFDC Identity and Security.
• Have experience with SFDC Integration.
• Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications Required

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Working Arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON.
