This role can be remotely based anywhere in the U.S. (Texas preferred).
Partner with the best
In this role, you will concentrate on the design & implementation of our Salesforce platform and other third-party software.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products via custom system configuration, supporting third-party integration, and managing Salesforce objects, workflows, etc.
Scoping, designing, and building custom reports and dashboards for each area of the business
Performing database maintenance tasks, including bug resolution and data entry cleansing
Evaluating, informing, and installing new Salesforce releases as well as providing training
Salesforce Maintenance
Managing ARMS’ Salesforce backup and restore process, complete bulk imports and data updates
Complete regular system audits for changes, additions, and deletions
Prepare and document Salesforce apps and packages updates impact on ARMS’ Salesforce instance
System Knowledge
Act as subject matter expert on integrated applications and solutions
Participate in Salesforce Seasonal events (minimum the Spring and Fall releases)
Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies to support the growth and strategic direction of the organization
To be successful in this role you will:
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
Essential: Salescloud, PSA or other project-based system
Bonus: Conga, CPQ, Einstein Analytics, FFA, Pardot
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
