We are seeking a Salesforce Training Specialist and Content Developer to join our dynamic global team.

The primary role of this position is to design, develop, and deliver training content that will enhance the skills and competencies of our employees, empowering them to make full use of the Salesforce.com platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that training materials and strategies are aligned with the company’s goals and Salesforce platform updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with Regional Enablement and Product Owners to develop comprehensive training content and processes for all Salesforce users.
  • Design and create various training resources including manuals, online learning modules, knowledge articles, and course materials.
  • Develop content for three core areas:
    • Internal Team Knowledge Articles to support platform management.
    • User Knowledge Articles aimed at case deflection.
    • User Training Materials for both existing and new Salesforce releases.

Training & Content Strategy:

  • Own and formalize the Global CRM Training Strategy, working closely with stakeholders to implement and evolve it.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee content creation with subject matter experts, aligning with release processes.

User Training:

  • Review and enhance current training processes, as needed.
  • Deliver training to users through various formats, including video tutorials, live remote sessions, and in-person workshops.

Business Relationships:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with product and technical teams to stay current on Salesforce and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global context.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com administration.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications are highly desirable.
  • Content writing skill and producing online training manuals
  • Experience with third-party tools in the Salesforce ecosystem such as Conga, DocuSign, Clicktools, Jitterbit, or marketing engines (Eloqua/Marketo/Pardot/Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
