Salesforce Development Lead - Salary Circa £65,000 - £80,000.
Exciting opportunities have arisen for professional and enthusiastic Salesforce Developers to join a team that is and will be experiencing rapid growth over the next couple of years. You will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new and innovative technologies, processes, or solutions within the allocated area(s) of responsibility. You will contribute to the design, build and delivery of systems that help grow the business, explore new technologies and tools to help and advance the technology development and optimise design.
The expectation of the for the Lead developer role will be responsible for managing a team focused on technology development, providing guidance whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies, best practices, relevant laws, and regulations. Also, you will manage relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate with other departments to define technology requirements, leading the solution design process for the given platforms.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

Experience and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, and other relevant products. Financial Service Cloud or Health Cloud experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce-specific technologies for development and solution building.
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.

Knowledge of DevOps best practices; Working knowledge of Azure ADO is a plus experience with Agile Development methodologies like Scrum. Competent collaborator with JIRA and Confluence plus tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics .
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. -

Salary Circa £65,000 - £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

Bonus opportunity 12 % of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
