Summary
The CRM Analytics + Salesforce Admin is responsible for creating and administering all our CRM Analytics Dashboards within the company as well as working with key stakeholders and the IT director to design data driven KPIs. This role will also be responsible for general Salesforce admin such as user support, object creation and support project rollouts
Job Duties
- Manage projects from both a developmental and business standpoint. Assess needs and suggest solutions based on best practices where possible, or innovative solutions where required.
- Perform routine programming assignments according to project requirements, programming procedures, and data processing needs.
- Review application design, processing activities, object, workflow and validation rule design to ensure that project requirements and needs are met.
- Analyze, evaluate, and test program coding prior to implementation to ensure the application is ready for production operation.
- Correct any coding errors uncovered throughout the testing phase; clearly document all changes made.
- Coordinate with users and other programmers to determine application goals, or required modifications to existing applications.
- Collaborate with the user community to resolve specific problems or make changes to applications.
- Perform ongoing monitoring of deployed applications to ensure maximum intended performance.
- Delete unnecessary code script from company systems and applications as necessary.
- Conduct in-depth research on forthcoming programming trends, tools, languages, and standards.
- Schedule and perform regular improvements, patches, fixes, and other upgrades or maintenance.
- Work with network administrators, analysts, and engineers to assist to resolve problems with applications and software systems.
- Administer the overall Salesforce implementation including creation of reports and dashboards, creation of objects, user management and VisualForce and Apex development.
Requirements
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce CRM Analytics Certification
- Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce Einstein/CRM Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization best practices.
- Project Management (PMP) would be an asset
- Working with integrated applications such as Docusign, Mailchimp, Conga, Slack, CRM analytics.
- Experience with FinancialForce/Certinia would be an asset
- Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
- Direct work experience with application programming languages, such as Java, .NET, Visual Basic 6, HTML, C++. J2EE, etc. considered a plus
- Programming experience with enterprise-level applications
- Ability to write concise and accurate technical instructions throughout program development.
- Ability to troubleshoot programming changes, errors, and subsequent modifications; must be able to work collaboratively on this with external resources where necessary.
- Experience with computer flow charts and reporting methods.
- Able to stay abreast of current and future technological developments or trends in Salesforce Development. Active in the Salesforce Community
- Able to interpret the operational requirements of end users, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Self-starter and highly motivated to make proactive changes.
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback from superiors.
- Effective deadline management and project management skills.
- Knowledge of service level agreements and customer service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
