Compensation Range: $63,000 - 73,000 per year

Our client, a leading professional association based in Chicago, is seeking an AMS Salesforce Enterprise Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience supporting users in an AMS environment, with at least 1 year of Salesforce experience, and a strong background in conducting training sessions and coaching end users.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for someone with a passion for providing exceptional technical support in an AMS environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in delivering top-tier support to users via Salesforce and the Fonteva AMS frontend.
  • Be the go-to person for troubleshooting, training, and ensuring smooth user experiences across the Salesforce platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce and AMS systems.
  • Facilitate user training and develop virtual training tools.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to solve business problems.
  • Document and maintain clear system usage procedures.
  • Support system integration and ensure the seamless use of Salesforce and Fonteva AMS.

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • BS/BA degree or 7 years' experience in lieu of degree, including 1 year of Salesforce experience.
  • Proven experience in coaching and training users.
  • Ability to create documentation and train users of varying skill levels.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce ecosystem, Fonteva (or similar AMS), and financial processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or PowerBI.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for deskside support to state dental societies.
  • Experience with AMPscript, SOQL, APEX coding.
  • Knowledge of Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, or other Salesforce tools.
  • Familiarity with High Road Solutions/Adestra, Pardot, MailChimp, Constant Contact.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
