Position Title: CRM Developer

Start/End Dates: 11/11/2024 - 11/10/2025 - Duration: 12 Months

Work Location : 81 Bay 33rd Floor - Hybrid – What day’s in office? Every Thursday. Also 4th Friday of every month

Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday

Interview Process: One or 2 rounds via MS Teams - 30 minutes in length With who? Director and 2 other team members

Team Size? Individual contributor (my team is 20 people total)

Selling points of the positions: Team set up allows for opportunity to work with both business side and technology against the marketing element.

Who Will the Candidate Be Working with on a Daily Basis? The resource will work with different stakeholders like Line of Business, Channel Partners etc. to understand business requirements, build the campaign design and QA testing. (Understand, formulate and build).

Job Description:

The selected resource will be responsible for providing analytical support on targeted marketing campaign initiatives.

  • Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build campaigns. Leveraging data to identify meaningful campaign opportunities while developing and creating client lead lists in support of relevant customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Gather requirements, develop campaigns, obtain solutions document requirements sign off, interface with business partners from different channels of the campaign ·
  • Significant time will be spent on coding · QA - the successful candidate must ensure that all processes were followed and lay outs are correct before the campaign goes out ·
  • Campaign Design & Execution - Utilize campaign design methods and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and IBM’s Campaign Management application (previously UNICA).
  • Project Management & Relationship Building - Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • You must demonstrate effective project management skills and the ability to lead small scale direct marketing initiatives within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Prioritize multiple deliverables, adapt to program changes as they arise and deliver within tight timelines
  • Analysis & Problem Solving - Assimilate and analyze information from a variety of sources, make recommendations and present information in an easy and understandable manner.
  • Experience in leveraging statistical and predictive models and other targeting & segmentation methodologies is also an asset.

Must Have Requirement:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud ·
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in developing, deploying and managing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Amp Script, HTML & SQL
  • Strong Knowledge of database marketing, relational databases, Business Intelligence (BI) User Interfaces

Nice to Have:

  • Strong nice to have* JavaScript, CSS and Acoustic ·
  • Strong nice to have* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications ·
  • Strong nice to have* Previous FI experience
  • Campaign management experience

  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Solid communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Detail oriented · Strong analysis skills, ability to work with data sets ·
  • Keen to learn, able to ramp up fast
  • Eager to continually look for process improvement efficiencies and recommend potential solutions
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

Top performer: An experienced Campaign Manager with at least 2-3 years of expertise in developing and deploying email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficient in B2B and B2C email marketing, dynamic content building, data segmentation and validation, reporting, deliverability management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
