Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce BA
Location : Mount Laurel, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Get creative designing, prototyping and building Salesforce systems
- Communicate Salesforce’s capabilities and limitations to internal Stakeholders
- Identify and inventory customer process pain points and gaps in best practices
- Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution
- Synthesize technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently
- Engage in strategy projects and support Business Architects and/or Strategy Consultants with Salesforce and business process best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the internal and external customers.
- Liaison and establish mutually beneficial relationships with product owners
- Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend work-arounds
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$70,000] to [$110,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
