Join us as a VP Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead where you will have the chance to use MarTech tools to manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job specific technical skills.
Additionally, 3+ years of experience in managing direct teams, at least 7+ years of Salesforce experience or other marketing tech tools experience, and 3-5 years of HTML, CSS, code for ADA compliance and response design are skills that are highly desired for this role.
This role is based in Wilmington, Delaware.

Purpose of the role
To oversee the delivery of specialised services to clients beyond traditional banking products, including complex projects, customised solutions, and deep industry expertise.
Accountabilities
- Collaboration and management of a team of professionals, including product development and technology, to successfully deliver innovative solutions to complex projects through the tracking of key milestones, performance and budget, the implementation of initiatives to mitigate risk, leveraging of emerging technologies, and the development of reports that communicate key insights that support the decision-making process. .
- Technical consultancy to manage and deliver bespoke solutions – onboarding corporate clients onto specialised payments platforms. Operating change management rigorously. .
- Client facing responsibilities - Management of client relationships to identify the client's financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance – ensuring propositions align to regulatory guidelines.
- Development of compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition and expertise of the professional services team, tailored to specific client needs and challenges.
- Development and negotiation of service terms, fees, cost structure and deliverables to create agreements that meet client expectations and protect the bank's interests and objectives.

- Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment.
- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
