Salesforce Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects across various geographies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Manage change management processes to deploy new systems and train users effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Project Manager, with a track record of successful implementations across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including ServiceMax (preferred).
• Ability to join immediately or within 1 month.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Certifications (one or two below certifications would give more confidence) :

• Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin is a plus
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect is a plus
• Salesforce Certified System Architect is a plus
• ServiceMax Certified Advanced Administrator (Good to have)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or

PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments
