- Provide software development, configuration, release management, maintenance and support services to projects and the operational support function covering technical services offered on Salesforce platform, under the direction of the Salesforce Platform Team Lead.
- Use skills and expertise to contribute to the successful delivery of projects under the direction of the Digital Programs and Projects team, and the successful operations of the Incident, Change, and Problem Management functions.
- Work autonomously to solve complex problems and use initiative to ensure successful business outcomes in a timely manner.
- Use specialised knowledge to assist in technical aspects of vendor and Managed Service Provider engagements including input into preparing scopes of work, facilitating access, reviewing work orders, producing solution designs, test plans, and production acceptance requirements in a Cloud environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Should have the following Salesforce Certifications or relevant experience.
- Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer I
Experience:
- Demonstrated minimum 5 years within Application support and development roles in a mid-sized organisation, with relevant software development experience.
- Extensive experience in software development, integration, configuration, maintenance and support, and associated methodologies. Demonstrated working knowledge of and experience in Salesforce development.
