Summary
The Sr Salesforce Functional Analyst will play a crucial part in understanding our business processes and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. They will work closely with Architects and Business Stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and help configure/customize Salesforce to meet those needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements.
- Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing efforts.
- Provide end-user training and support on Salesforce functionality and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce, and recommend and implement enhancements.
- Work with Development and QA team in various phases of development, including design, implementation, integration, revision control, release and the maintenance of multiple products and systems.
- Continue to stay on top of the latest technologies and see how they can be applied to Stifel’s needs throughout the organization.
- Uses negotiation skills and techniques to obtain agreement between different interests, challenges management constructively, bringing different views into the open.
- Displays awareness of the impact of actions on the business and demonstrates understanding of the context of the company and acts in line with it.
- Mentor other Salesforce Functional Analyst.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Proven ability to communicate information and ideas in spoken or written form so that others will understand.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Highly self-motivated and delivery focused.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum Required: 9+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst or in a similar role.
Licenses & Credentials
- Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
Systems & Technology
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce.
Base salary annualized range: $121,100 - 166,400. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
