Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud pages, customer journeys, marketing automation, and omni-channel communication. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging, monitor campaign delivery, and address issues during campaign builds. They will also plan training for the team, coordinate with other teams, mentor team members, and oversee the development of campaign technologies and subscription list processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud pages, customer journeys, and marketing automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Develop and execute omni-channel communication strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Monitor the delivery of marketing campaigns and address any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign build.
- Plan and conduct training sessions for team members, including new joiners, to ensure they are proficient in SFMC best practices and technologies.
- Coordinate with other teams to align technical efforts with overall campaign objectives.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Oversee the development and management of campaign technologies and subscription list processes.
- Regularly review and suggest best practices and recommendations on a quarterly basis.
- Address any concerns related to journey automation queries and troubleshoot technical issues during campaign builds.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong understanding of cloud page design, customer journeys, marketing automation, and omni-channel communication.
- Proficiency in testing and debugging Salesforce solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Experience in monitoring campaign delivery and resolving issues during campaign builds.
- Ability to plan and conduct training sessions and provide mentorship to team members.
- Excellent coordination skills to align technical efforts with campaign objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and address journey automation queries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
